WEST SYSTEM 411 Microsphere Blend is a low-density filler that thickens WEST SYSTEM epoxy into a lightweight filling putty with excellent filleting properties. It is a blend of silicate microspheres and colloidal silica: the silica helps the mix resist sagging on vertical surfaces, and the microspheres make the cured putty easy to sand.

Uses

  • Filleting and coving
  • Low-density filling and general gap filling
  • Low-density adhesive for edge gluing in strip plank construction

How to use

Mix the resin and hardener thoroughly first, then stir in 411 gradually until you reach the consistency you need. Never add filler before the resin and hardener are fully mixed.

411 is the Australian equivalent of US WEST SYSTEM 405 Filleting Blend. Size: 1 litre tub.
