These small cleats uphold the RILEY tradition of using stainless steel at the points of the cam teeth where the wear is. This allows long life and continued holding power. Tests have proven them superior to similar opposition cleats. The steel base and posts provide extra strength and reliability.

The stiff wire sheet guide on the RM162 cam controls the sheet both fore and aft eliminating cam yawning cam yawning and alows the cleat to be operated from an indirect angle. The liberal "VEE" on top of the cam allows easy entry of sheets 3mm to 7mm diameter. The 5mm 3/16" screw holes are spaced at 27mm centres.
