Swivel cleat bases permit easy cleating and releasing from any angle.Sheave can be relocated to allow the control line to feed from below. Comes complete with a 28mm (1 1/4") ball bearing sheave, small 'T-cleat™ and the 'Fast Track' fairlead.

*Load rating are for the cleat base assembly and are based upon a 90 degree change in line direction. Line load should be limited to: MWL 125kg (275lb)
