When you purchase on Marine Outlet digital store you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to track your order. You can also view the delivery status of your order in My Account.
We use Australia Post for our deliveries depending on where the goods are being delivered to and time frame needed.
Yes. To ensure the security of your order a signature is required when a delivery is made.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order by emailing Customer Service on sails@marineoutlet.com.au . Please note we aim to despatch your items as quickly as possible, so will not be able to make any changes to your order if it has already been despatched.
