Henri Lloyd Australia's digital signature store is now up and sailing! Well, it's been a long time coming and a lot of work to get it off the ground but I think we can all agree the end result has been worth the wait. This is your first stop for all things Henri Lloyd - particularly Henri Lloyd Australia. Latest products - they're here! Hottest news - we got it! Great prices - you betcha! Make sure you sign up for the newsletter and join as a VIP to be the first in the know when it counts.
To kick off 2013, we are celebrating 50 years of originality as Henri Lloyd turns the big 50. That's five decades of relentless innovation, and yet Henri-Lloyd continues to push the boundaries of technical sailing clothing. Always striving to improve comfort, safety and performance for sailors, wherever they sail in the world and whatever type of sailing they enjoy.
Founded in 1963 in Manchester, England, by Mr Henri Strzelecki
Henri Lloyd’s association with the world’s sailing elite includes working with the early pioneers of solo circumnavigation
And closer to home, Henri Lloyd Australia has been there every nautical mile with super maxis Wild Oats XI protecting the crew as they have championed the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race over the last eight years. Twice claiming the trifector of Line Honours, Handicap and Race Record with Henri Lloyd by their side - or on their backs we should say.
But alongside all the above success and achievements of Henri Lloyd, we are also sad to have lost the icon himself, Mr Henri, who passed away at the age of 87 surrounded by his family on 26th December 2012. The legend continues with his sons, Paul and Martin, who have been at the helm of Henri lloyd for more than two decades.
And now back to you! We are keen to hear from you regarding all things boating as we are For Sea For Life. Email us at email@example.com with any great stories, news, product requests, great Australian sailors of note or general feedback on the website. We are here to help!
Happy sailing! From the team at Henri Lloyd Australia
